The Center for Studies on Africa and Its Diaspora (CSAD) is excited to form a run/walk team for this year’s Run Richmond 16.19! Run Richmond 16.19 is organized by the Djimon Hounsou Foundation (DHF) and its founder two-time Oscar-nominated Beninese actor, Djimon Hounsou. This year marks the fourth annual run/walk event, where participants will experience more than 400 years of Black history, including the American Civil War and the Civil Rights Movement.
