ASC Director, Dr. Gladys M. FRANCIS, is an honorary Keynote Speaker at the official opening ceremony of the Leadership and Power Conference “Know your gaze and position – colonialism within the arts” organized by the Art Council of Norway and Norwegian Minister of Culture. Her keynote “The Genesis of Effective Power: Make Space so I Can Represent Myself, so We Can Make History” was delivered in Oslo, Norway.
